Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel, even if previously approved. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include inaccuracies or errors in service pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.
We will contact you if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to proceed. In case we are unable to process your order within the specified time frame, we will initiate a refund. If your order is cancelled after a payment has been made via credit card or net banking, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.
If the payment was made by cheque, we will either send a cheque or process an NEFT transfer, subject to your bank's capability. Cheques will only be sent to the customer's billing address.
In case we receive a cancellation request from you and the order has not yet been processed or approved by us, we will cancel the order and refund 100% of the paid amount.
If the order has already been processed or delivered, we will refund 75% of the total order amount, provided there is a justifiable reason for the cancellation. In a few cases where the orders are not delivered on time, you have the right to request a 100% refund or completion of the order. If the refund option is selected, delivery of the product may or may not occur at the sole discretion of www.Upgradecareer.in.
However, in cases where defamatory or false remarks are posted publicly, Upgradecareer.in reserves the right to withhold any refunds and cancel the order permanently. In such cases, we may initiate legal proceedings for defamation.
